Labor Day

On Saturday, we went to Papa and Nana's lake house. We went on a nice walk and I got to ride on Papa's shoulders.

Papa and Nana had a suprise for me when I got to the lake house--a Cinderella carriage with stackable blocks. They just put it on the floor and let me find it myself. It took about 10 seconds.

We went to a house where they keep lots of fun animals. Nana took me to see the zebras. I am confused, they sure look like horses.

Then Papa took me to see the kangaroos. They were bouncy. One Mommy Kangaroo had a baby all folded up in it pouch. I am sure glad Mommy doesn't carry me that way.

This camel came right over to the fence to meet us-he had a runny nose. Too bad Daddy didn't have any kleenex to wipe his nose like he does mine.

Then we went back to the lake house to relax. Papa let me wear his glasses. It was nice to lounge under the shady trees.

We ended up going back home early because I got a sore throat, but I sure had fun on my trip (except for the 4 hour drive-that was NO fun).
